The 4 Banger LED Light Pod Blackout Covers (BAF055) are premium protective accessories designed

specifically for Morimoto 4Banger LED pod lights. Engineered for durability, convenience, and legal road

compliance, these blackout covers provide a simple yet highly effective way to protect off-road lighting systems when not in use.

Manufactured by Morimoto, the BAF055hcovers are compatiblehwith both 4Banger HXB and NCS LED pod

lights, making them a versatile solution for a variety of off-road lighting setups. They are commonly used with A-

pillar mounting systems and universal “U” bracket installations, although they are not designed for flush-

mount or fog-light configurations. Their purpose is to shield powerful off-road lights during normal street driving

while also protecting lenses from debris, dust, mud, and weather exposure.

One of the standout features of the BAF055 blackout covers is their snap-on friction and clip-fit design. This

allows drivers to install or remove the covers within seconds without the need for tools. The secure fit ensures the

covers remain firmly attached even in rough driving conditions or high-speed off-road environments. This

convenience makes them ideal for users who regularly transition between on-road and off-road driving situations. (Offroad Alliance)

The covers are constructed from UV-resistant

The covers are constructed from UV-resistant outdoor-grade silicone rubber, which provides excellent

flexibility and long-term durability. Unlike rigid plastic covers that can crack or discolor over time, the silicone

material is highly resistant to impacts, fading, tearing, and harsh environmental conditions. Morimoto

specifically designed the covers to be shatterproof, ensuring reliable performance in demanding off-road applications. (Lethal Performance)

Another important advantage of the BAF055 covers is compliance with road regulations in areas where uncovered

auxiliary off-road lights are restricted. By covering the pods when driving on public roads, users can help meet

legal requirements while reducing glare and unwanted light exposure. The blackout finish also provides a clean,

stealth-style appearance that complements modern off-road vehicle builds.

Each package typically includes two blackout covers and is backed by a five-year warranty, highlighting Morimoto’s confidence in the product’s durability and quality. The covers are lightweight, weatherproof, and designed to withstand years of outdoor use without deterioration

Overall, the 4 Banger LED Light Pod Blackout Covers (BAF055) are an excellent accessory for off-road enthusiasts seeking dependable protection, easy installation, enhanced durability, and a professional appearance for their Morimoto 4Banger lighting systems.
